-Monthly workout programs with workouts designed to get you to optimal fitness and happiness! (Each exercise in your program will come with a “how to” video, ensuring you’re training correctly and safely).
-Nutrition Plans and Coaching to get you to your goals and maintain your results!
-One-on-one weekly check-ins with your trainer via the messenger. (May include updates for body metric and results, accountability, stress, sleep and nutrition coaching).
